About Us

While Bill’s interest in antiques surfaced while he was stationed in London, England, Gina comes from a family of antique dealers. Her father was an antique dealer in Fells Point (Baltimore) Maryland, and today, her brother is a successful antique dealer and auctioneer in the Baltimore area.

In 1993, we became full time antique dealers as the owners and managers of the Antiques Mall of Ann Arbor. As part of operating an antiques business, we conducted estate sales, estate and antique auctions, and prepared appraisals for estate purposes, business property tax, bankruptcy, and insurance claims. numerous estate and insurance appraisals.  Additionally, Bill taught the "Antiques and Collectibles" course for the Washtenaw Community College, Department of Lifelong Education, Washtenaw County, Michigan for four years.

While we enjoyed the business immensely, the seven-day work week wore us out and we decide to semi-retire to Okaloosa County.  The valuation expertise and estate sale techniques we developed and refined in Ann Arbor has met with considerable success in Okaloosa and Walton Counties where Bill is a Past President of the Emerald Coast Antique Dealers Association.  Since starting our Florida business in 2005, we have developed a large following and an extensive mailing list.  Our unique sales methods often sees customers returning each day of our sales.

We now limit our focus to conducting  estate sales and and preparing personal property appraisals for insurance and inheritance valuation, bankruptcy filings, and support for tax basis determination on rental condominium furnishings.
